Easychair system has been opened to receive the final version of the papers. Authors whose paper have been accepted directly or conditionally, please pay attention to the following points:
- Authors are required to apply the corrections determined by the referees in the paper and send the final version of the paper by April 18, 2022.
- It is mandatory to follow the format of the papers based on the format specified in the conference website.
- Information such as order of authors ‘names, affiliation of individuals, authors’ emails should be finalized. It is not possible to change it after receiving the final version.
- Authors must upload the final paper (Word version) according to the format (click here to download the format).
- In order to register a paper in the conference, it is necessary for at least one of the respected authors to register in the conference. Details on how to register will be announced soon.
- People whose paper is English should take other steps to index the IEEE, which is part of its rules. These steps will be announced later.
- All the authors are strongly advised to be careful about the issue of similarity. The IEEE tests all papers in several stages of similarity, and at each stage, if the similarity of a paper is determined, all authors are placed in the IEEE block list.
